Ubisoft linking to PS5 issues

Hi All,

New to the forum. Can anyone help me link my Ubisoft account to my PS5. I’ve followed the guide, linked it to my ps account from the Ubisoft web site, it picked up my ps user name so I assume it’s been done correctly but when I look for it in PS settings/linked, I can see Spotify and iTunes etc but no Ubisoft.

It’s preventing me from playing Ubisoft Scull and Bones and probably any other Ubisoft game.

Can anyone help?

Does the error shown when playing the game/s mention connecting your accounts in order to play?

Hi, no, when I try and launch the game it just defaults to the PS plus screen and offers me 3 subscription plans to ps plus. I have linked Ubisoft to my PS account, it picked up my ps username so I assumed it found my ps5 account.
I also can’t see the Ubisoft app in the linked services folder in my PS settings, I thought it would be with the other linked services ie Apple Music, Discord, Spotify etc but it’s not.

I suspect that to play the game a PS+ subscription is required - do you subscribe? Also the game may have Online content which will require PS+. - Update: PS+ is required: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/...al-requirements-for-skull-and-bones/000103018
Is the game the trial or full version?
