Hi, I recently purchased some items from the PS store and they are not showing up in my game, Megaton Musashi Wired, I purchased the deluxe upgrade with a few others and it's not showing up even in the manage content section. Now I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here but it should show up on that list but doesn't. So you are aware I purchased the standard edition from my other account on my PS5 and have allowed game sharing across profiles, I also made purchases on the other profile and those show up in the manage content list but only show as "usable" and doesn't give me the option to install, delete etc... Any suggestions would be appreciated before I go and contact support. Ty in advance.

To clarify: you’ve purchased a game on one profile but purchased the deluxe upgrade on another profile?
If you play the game do the upgrade items show with it?
I would’ve expected the upgrade needs the base game in order to show/work, hence why it isn’t appearing as the game isn’t under the same account. I would recommend trying to obtain a refund of the upgrade in order to purchase it under the same account as the game.
