PS4 HDD problem?

Hello,
I have some problems with my PS4 slim pro 1tb 4k, (some pictures is attached), I try to update the software in menu and in a safe mode, every games when I played always is updated, but I can't play because shows these errors. I think this is a HDD problem. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Is this an internal or external drive?
Have you tried fitting another drive?
Have you reset the PS4 to default?
Have you tried reinstalling the system software?

This is the original internal 1 tb drive.

I would certainly try another drive if possible.
