is there a moderator or admin of the forum who i can contact?

Hi,

I am a final year psychology student. The reason that I would like to contact the moderator or the forum admin is that I would like to create a post in Chit-Chat to recruit volunteers to fill my short online survey regarding role-playing video games and mental health. My university requires me to obtain explicit permission from any forum admin or moderator before any volunteer recruitment on any forum.

Hence, may I ask who I can contact to ask for the permission for creating an invitation post to see if anyone can volunteer to my online survey?

It would be fine by me as long as the survey doesn’t go to a third party site (an online form is fine) but the Forum owner may need to give their approval.
It should be ok to post the request to fill out the form in a general/non PS forum like this one.
Edit:
Just checked chit chat & it seems to be for online dating etc & not for surveys so this would not be acceptable.
