Okay so this is what happened. I had received a note from playstation that my account was suspended. And any sane person would probably say “oh no, i have to fix this.” So I did. I made a support ticket and they sent me an email with a link to pay my debt. But i didn’t have the playstation voucher card yet but i was going to get it soon. But then the worst happened, the email was deleted because apparently it was spam. Then I went and tried to create a new ticket but it said to wait for an email because there was already one active, the same one that got deleted. What do I do? (P.S. this is my first time so please no hate)

Check the Spam &/or Bin/trash folder. If you have then check the same account online to see if it can be found in a hidden folder.
