How do i cancel my ps+ subscription without access to my account.

I have not used my ps4 in a while and i dont have access to the email and it logged me out but i didnt realise i still had ps+ and so now i cant cancel it.

If you pay via card, bank or PayPal then you should be able to cancel via them.
