Error message CE-108255-1

I would really appreciate the help, for the past 2 weeks while I’m playing call of duty, I get kicked out of the game every 10 mins and get a error message “CE-108255-1 and tells me to accept and report to Sony. Sometimes the whole system restarts by itself also. Last night I did a hard restart and deleting everything off my ps5 and redownloaded my call of duty game. I got in touch with Sony’s technical support but they basically told me that restarting and redownloading will what they recommend and they can’t help with anything else. They told me to contact Activision problem but sometimes the whole system restarts so I don’t know how this would be a Activision problem. Can anybody help with this issue please? I would really appreciate it!
