Full fibre glitching when playing COD

Hi, Ive just changed from SKY broadband to EE full fibre and having real problems. It freezes when I go to shoot an opponent. Any ideas why this is happening and any advice on how to correct it? thanks

Can you ask the question again but maybe give us abit more information to work with?

How long does it freeze for? how often?

For all games? which games?

have you done a speed test right after you see the problem? On both PC/mobile and console?

does your connection stay connected throughout the day?
