Whenever i try to upload a clip to youtube, it states that "there are restrictions on your youtobe account. For details, contact youtube." Ive looked on youtube, on settings, on the contact help page, but all i saw were some preset questions that didnt fit the problem i had. Is there anyway i can fix this issue?

Alas only YT support can help. It may be there’s a copyright report on the account. I’d you use any disclaimer stating the videos aren’t for profit or similar?
There’s usually an ‘Other’ option with these types if problem.
