PS5 Controller Not Charging Properly

I've been using my PS5 for a while, and recently, I’ve noticed that my DualSense controller isn’t charging properly. When I plug it in, sometimes it charges, but other times it doesn’t. Even when it appears to be charging, the battery drains quickly during gameplay. I’ve tried different USB cables and ports on the console, but the issue still occurs. It seems to be inconsistent, and I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the controller, the console, or the cables. This has made it difficult to enjoy extended gaming sessions.

Are you using the original cable?
Have you checked the cable & port for damage?
I suspect the battery is failing so an option would be to either use the controller wired or purchase a third party battery & replace it yourself.
