PS4 Fortnite

Hello. Bought a PS4a for the boy but Fortnite cannot be downloaded to it. Contacted support and got this response
"FYI, if you don't own the PS4 version of the game, you can't download it, as Fortnite can only be downloaded for a PS5 now."


Is there any way to get Fortnite for PS4?

Is there any error message?
Fortnite - PS4 & PS5 Games | PlayStation says PS4 but further down under platform it says PS5 - no mention of PS4.

Yes I know. No specific error message other than it's not available.

Unless it’s available on disc for PS4 then it’s now PS5 only.
