Ps4 account issues

I have reset my account on PS4, forgot on which email I had my account, I had there a subscription on PS4 Plus and do not know how to deactivate it now.
In the meantime I created new account on PS5.
My old account ID was Dzefritsel. Do you know how can I reset it somehow and deactived ps4 plus subscription?

Suggestions to find information:

If you used a credit/debit card to subscribe then you could cancel that card Which would prevent further charges for PS+.
