Play station network security issues! my experience

Hello everyone this is no way to join a community but I am out of options besides asking for people's opinion on this forum.
My account was hacked 3 times last year last time in nov. which I was able to recover with previous invoices from purchases and with my credit card information. This time for unknown reason that sony wont provide me with they will not let me recover my account. I've had my account for well over 10 years and now all my digital games, friend and user name is gone. Has anyone be able to recover their account?
 
Yes I had 2fa unable 3 times when my account was hacked. Yes I have called them numerous times. They tell me due to the account being compromised they cannot help me. I have my invoice numbers from purchases I have credit card informations. I have my PS4 and PS5 serial numbers as they are now both dead boxes...
 
How did the hackers get the 2fa codes from you? Trying to understand why they might be refusing the request.
Are you able to use the recovery code which was created when setting up 2fa?
Did the hacker change the email address?
I take it you’ve tried a password reset?
 
That's what I've been wondering the whole time. I think they got my credit card info somehow and use the recover through phone process just like me. The only resolution they offered me after getting hacked a second time was to lock my account but they told me if I did that and I got hacked I will forever lose my account so I dint lock the information on the account.

Yes they changed my email address on the account.
 
It’s quite possible however if 2fa is set up I’m surprised that Sony would allow the change.
I can only suggest you keep trying support & in the meantime I’ll see if I can find anything else.
