letter missing from text on PlayStation main menu?

hi, i bought a playstation 5 digital edition 5 days ago, and everything's fine except the text is not showing up properly.i have a photo i have taken , but i am not sure ow to upload it to this post for some reason it is not giving me the option. some letters are very dark on any text i read and some show up ok. can a moderator help me upload photo so i can show people? any way , any help will be much appreciated.

Upload to a file host site (Dropbox, Google drive etccan then you click on the photo icon & enter the url/web address for the uploaded photo. You shared where it’s stored on the pc which we can’t access.

You’re welcome. Unfortunately it seems to require access. You may need to add it to a public folder if there is one or if not create a new folder with public access. Another option would be to use MediaFire & share the uploaded photo that way so we can downloaded it.
