The log out problem I am having with my PS5 is giving me headaches. I usally play one game on The Hunter call of the wild. Any how I have done a complete console reset,witch took all of my game progress had to start over. I also did the clear cache and reset database all with in the last week. And today it logged me out again 3 different times. Error history number is CE-108255-1 any help would be much appreciated. I'm an old man and retired and this is what I do when its cold outside in the US. I"m about ready to get rid of the PS5 and go to X-Box gee whiz. Its painful.

Is the game running the latest version? Is this a digital or disc game?
If disc then have you cleaned it with a soft cloth?
Have you tried uninstalling the game, then clearing the cache & resetting the database & then reinstalling the game?
Have you tried resetting the PS5 To factory default?

No Anankha I have not tried deleting and reinstalling the game. I'm not real sure how that works? Does the game stay in your game libary or what. I have tried clearing cache and rebuild database a couple of times. And yes the game is a digital download. I'm starting to believe it is the game with the problem. I'm not going to clear my console again that led my losing all of my game progress before and had to start over with my game. As I said I'm an old man and I only play one game pretty well,but being retired I do play it everyday though in the winter time. The game is The Hunter Call Of the wild. It gives me error codes when it logs me out of my game when playing. It logged me out 3 times yesterday alone. I tried clearing cache and rebuild database again and it still logged me out again. I looked up the error code on the computer and it that the game had crashed which I am starting to believe. I was also before having a problem with the tv screen going black and I had to go through the tv to get the game back up. I bought a new faster tv which the old one was 60 meg and the new is 120 to 144 meg and it seems to have cured that problem but not the log out situation still working on that one. The error code is CE-108255-1 but those numbers change also as it has logged me out over a hundred times during the last 13 months all though it is getting worse with time. I have other games on my ps5 and none of them have ever logged me out. So I'm starting to believe it is the game itself.
 
The game will be under your account on the PS store.
You can also report it as a bug via the dev’s website or their forum if they have one.
