Was wondering with PS plus if all games are downloadable and if there is a limit to how many I can download in a month. Thanks.

With PS+ you usually get Sony’s choice of 4-5 games per month for free, depending on the tier purchased you can also access their back catalogue + other selected titles. No download limit on back catalogue or selected titles afaik.
Some games can be downloaded while others are streaming only.
