Christmas Present from Nonna

I ordered my grandson the game "Eldin Ring" for Christmas and created an account in my name to download the game. My brain told me I could simply download the game then transfer the game to his account. Rethink that decision, Nonna! Now I can't get the game to his account and a refund is not allowed because the time deadline was reached (14 days). I ordered it on Dec. 4, and didn't "give" him the gift until we celebrated Christmas! Now he can't get the game and I can't get a refund to do this the right way! Any suggestions are appreciated!

You could add your account to his PS as an additional user. That way he could play then game by logging into the account.
If you have any cards or bank details connected to the account then you may wish to set this to require a PIN in order to place a transaction.
