Played elden ring for 300+ hours. Power went out due to lightning while ps5 was in rest mode. Since then, when I tried loading my save file in elden ring it wouldn't let me, saying that the dlc is not installed.
Tried all sorts of troubleshooting with Bandai including clearing cache, restoring licenses, rebuilding database, reinstalling, and even backing up + restoring the ps5.
But for some reason, the game + dlc work on my wife's profile on the same console but not on mine. Bandai said my save file was corrupted but it doesn't make sense because I even tried using my old ps4 save file for elden ring (before I got a ps5) and it still won't detect the dlc.
I'm wondering if it's an issue with my user account. Really need help! Thank you.
