Good morning,
The Day After last firmware update 24.04-09.40.00.08-00.00.00.0.1, at the Benning of June 2024, my ps5 Blu-ray Reader stopped working properly: the discs enter and exit from It regularly, but It can't ready any game.
I tried the Database rebuilt from safe mode too, as described on the official PS site; at the beginning It worked and the Reader started to work again, but Yesterday morning i noticed again the same problem and this time, the database rebuilt didn't work.
Anyone has similar issue?
Do you know a way to contact DIRECTLY PS Support, even writing a ticket form? On the site there are only prebuilt answers and I would to talk with an operator.
