Hi There
My brother recently moved in with my 13 year old son and I and we decided to buy a second playstation 5 to cope with the amount of gamers in the household.
I have the main account and my son has a child account and the 2 are linked under a family account .We created an account for my brother and I have tried adding this account to the family one. However, he has not received the email to accept a request to join the family account. I have sent the request a couple of times now and he gets nothing. I have checked email addresses etc and all appears to be ok. Does anyone know what I can do to get his account linked? I don't want him to use my account as one of us gets kicked out when we play at the same time.
Any advice gratefully received.
