Anyone experiencing streaming drops on ps portal handheld after update. I can't play five minutes w/o game drop. You have to pay for ps premium to be able to stream on handheld, which I did just so I can play games ive purchased (fallout 4 w/all dlc's) for online play. I truly don't care about the "library" of games. Just fallout 4 and eso and I only play f4 on the handheld. Feeling annoyed.
